Learn more40 yard roll-off
Our largest container, built for major construction and commercial demolition — a specialist size for the biggest jobs across Polk County, not a typical residential driveway.

Specifications
22 ft long × 7.5 ft wide × 8 ft high
40 cubic yards — holds about 230–250 bags
5–6 tons included in the flat rate
About 25 ft long × 10 ft wide, plus door swing
Flat-rate pricing across the lineup is based on the size you choose, the type of debris and how long you keep the container — delivery, pickup and disposal are all rolled into that one number, no hidden fees. Debris needs to stay below the container's top rail on every size so our driver can haul it safely, and that holds whether it lands on your driveway or, on the rare job that needs the street instead, wherever the local right-of-way rules allow.
Is this the one?
The 40 yard exists for one situation: a large quantity of light-to-mixed construction, demolition or commercial debris with somewhere open and level to put the box — a 5–6 ton allowance and room for roughly 230 to 250 bags' worth of material, the biggest container we run. Large-scale development is exactly where this size earns its keep in Polk County right now: the Lakeland Central Park industrial buildout on the city's edge, Publix's downtown technology-campus and headquarters-renovation investment, and the steady pace of new construction in fast-growing Haines City all regularly generate debris at this scale.
It's rarely the right call for a standard residential lot. At 22 ft long × 7.5 ft wide, the footprint matches the 30, but the walls stand taller at 8 ft, which makes hand-loading over the rail genuinely hard work — and concrete, dirt, brick and block still stay off this size entirely, routed instead to a 10 yard. If your site is tight or the debris runs dense, a 30 delivered twice, or a 30 paired with a 10, is very often the faster, more practical plan. Tell us the job when you call and we'll size it honestly rather than default you to the biggest box on the list.
Straight advice: Only take a 40 if the material is genuinely light-to-mixed and the site is open, level and reachable. Concrete, dirt, brick and block never go in a 40 — call for a 10 alongside it instead, and keep everything below the top rail for our driver to haul safely.

Same flat-rate pricing model across all five. The real question is which weight allowance and bag capacity matches your material — dense debris, roofing, a remodel or a construction phase.

Our largest container, holding roughly 230 to 250 bags of material with a 5–6 ton weight allowance — built for major construction, demolition and large-scale commercial cleanups rather than a typical household job.
Rarely. It suits large commercial and industrial sites — the scale of the Lakeland Central Park industrial buildout or a downtown commercial redevelopment — far better than a typical in-town residential lot. For most Lakeland-area homes, a 30 — or a 30 delivered twice — is the more practical call.
Large commercial and industrial redevelopment, major new construction with open access, and fast-growing areas like Haines City where new-build activity is heaviest. Call and describe the job and we'll size it honestly rather than default you to the biggest box on the list.
