Same standard on every job
Every service on this page runs to the same standard. Licensed and insured to operate in Florida, with general liability and commercial auto cover, and documentation available the same day for contractors and property managers who need one on file before we come on site.
Every delivery runs through our own yard and our own crew — never a subcontracted driver in someone else's paint. Our driver walks the spot with you before anything moves, and if a surface is already cracked or heaving we'll say so and suggest a better spot rather than press on and hope.
Process
One short conversation. We ask what you are clearing, where the box needs to sit and when you need it. No forms, no waiting on an email.
You get one flat-rate number covering delivery, the rental period, pickup and disposal — depending on the size you need, the debris type and how long you keep it. If a smaller box does the job we will say so.
The driver walks the spot with you, lays protection under the rails and sets the container square in the driveway, curb lane or job site.
Keep it level with the top rail and keep the banned items out. Need a swap mid-job or an early pickup? One call and we are on it.
Clean concrete, metal and yard waste get routed for recovery rather than buried wherever we can. You get your driveway or curb back the way you left it.
Service area
We run dumpsters out of our 515 Mabel Ave yard across every corner of Lakeland and out into Polk County and Central Florida / the I-4 corridor. If your community is not on this list, call us anyway. We probably still get there.
Answers
Start with the material rather than the label. Mixed household contents and furniture go in a standard container; construction and remodeling debris usually needs a dedicated jobsite box; and clean yard waste is cheaper and cleaner to route as its own separate load kept apart from construction debris. If your job spans two of those — a renovation with both demo debris and a full house of contents, say — tell us and we'll work out whether one container or two makes more sense.
Hazardous materials such as chemicals, fuels, batteries, paint and refrigerants are not permitted in any of our containers — the same rule applies across every service and every size. We'll guide you on safe disposal options for anything that has to come out of a load before it ships, not after.
Most days, yes — it's its own listed service for a reason. Orders placed early usually go out the same day inside Lakeland and next morning further out across Polk County. Live jobsite swap-outs take priority. If a route looks like it might slip, we'll tell you straight rather than promise a slot we can't hold.
Yes, and a good share of our week is repeat trade with builders, remodeling contractors and property managers across Polk County. Lakeland's ongoing growth keeps that side of our schedule especially busy. Accounts get priority scheduling on swap-outs, consistent handling across every site and a direct line rather than a different vendor for every job.
Call and we'll extend it. Jobs run long — that's normal — and we'd much rather extend the rental than have you overfill a container or rush the work to beat a pickup.
Some, yes. Lakeland sits in a humid subtropical climate — hot, humid summers with near-daily afternoon thunderstorms, and mild, drier winters. Florida's Atlantic hurricane season runs June through November, and a storm like Hurricane Milton in 2024 — which brought real, confirmed wind and flooding impact to Polk County — reliably brings a spike in post-storm debris cleanup calls. We stage extra containers when we can see one coming, but live jobsite swap-outs still take priority over everything else on the board.
